TERMS AND CONDITIONS. DEPOSIT. Longer Tours. A 10% deposit is required and should be paid within 14 Days from the reservation date or at the latest 10 days prior to set tour date. A receipt will be supplied if required. The 10% deposit is not refundable if this tour is canceled within the last 14 days of the set tour date. Full Pay at the latest 10 days before the set tour date or on the first day of the tour. Cruise ship shore excursion and Day Tours. A 50% deposit is required and should be paid within 14 Days from the reservation date or at the latest 10 days prior to set tour date. A receipt will be supplied if required. The 50% deposit is not refundable if this tour is canceled within the last 28 days of the set tour date. Full Pay at the latest 10 days before the set tour date or on the port.
